I wish I could join your class. I work nights so it isn’t in the cards for me. I received 2 chickens from a co worker of my husband’s because he couldn’t keep them anymore. We have been reading and using you tube to learn as much as we can. Have you concerned doing a you tube presentation?

I am in need of a class too; my son came home with 3 eggs from a chicken coop; these are apparently fertilized. I am keeping them in suspended animation for now until I am ready to put them in an incubator I ordered.

Something to consider is that some of the chicks may be roosters. Before you set them, have a plan for what to do with the roos!
