Palatine has given its stamp of approval to hens.
The Palatine Village Council voted 4-2 in favor of allowing petitioner Steven Brosio to house six hens in a chicken coop on his 1.8 acres of property.

We are so lucky to have as many chickens as we want in 0.07 acre. What else would you do with a 2 acre lot….

I had suggested goats – but make sure you’ll have adequate feed/pasture for them. They can be a challenge to keep in feed!
