Hens looking for a home

THESE BIRDS NOW HAVE A HOME. Thanks, everyone.

Three healthy, laying hens free to a good home. They are on the north side of Chicago. We have two Buff Orpingtons (brown eggs) and one Ameraucana (blue eggs) that are all two years old. They are sweet, docile and quiet. We are looking to re-home them because they are not integrating well with our established flock, because our existing flock is too aggressive. We purchased the Orpingtons and Ameraucana five weeks ago from someone who needed to get rid of their flock. Again, they are healthy and would do well on their own, with other docile breeds, or in a brood with a rooster.

Home to Roost can vouch for the care these chickens have been given! They have great owners!
